• Note in docs; new feature from previous update adding image optimisation
• Add new .insured attribute to indicate whether the pet is insured
• Port all cat references to generic pet to make it clear that the site loves dogs too! User-supplied cat.json is still supported (prioritised, as fallback)
• Updated container build tasks to publish to both git.moekai.net and ghcr.io registries - updated docs to point to latter
